Full House Renovation with new Kitchen

After buying a house that needed a lot of work, Mrs P and her sister came to visit us with some brilliant ideas. We sat with them and went through each room one by one learning exactly what was wanted and needed throughout this house. We completed all work before the customer moved in which included a full re-wire, undertaking movement of the electric meter, consumer unit, new outside lights, new WIFI enabled thermostats for the heating and new smoke detectors/alarms.

We had the whole house replastered and supplied and installed new LVT flooring and Scotia  beading. The floor was in Camaro Rigid Core in Nake Blonde Oak, working alongside a local double-glazing installer. After the installation of brand new double glazing to the property we made up all the windows.

In the kitchen, we removed the pantry and boiler room and blocked up the old external kitchen door while removing the outside step.

To build upon the new modern kitchen we raised the windowsills and removed the small partition wall to open up the space and allow for a larger area.

To complete the kitchen renovation we supplied and installed a brand new modern kitchen featuring slab door ZOLA soft matte, in cashmere and porcelain. There were also new Bosch appliances, and square edged laminate worktops and splash backs in Paros Marble.

Starting in the master bedroom, we blocked up a small window and installed new double doors. We built a new IMPEY ensuite wetroom with a sliding pocket door, the wetroom has a wall hung vanity unit, AQUALISA double headed shower valve with remote, RAK comfort height w/c and grab handrails.
We finished the master bedroom with new white double sliding wardrobe with champagne profiles and plenty of storage (a much needed requirement from the customer!)

For the house bathroom we knocked down a wall that originally separated the WC from the bathroom, blocking up the old bathroom doorway left us with a large house shower room, a nonslip shower tray with a glass panel. We use wallboarding in ROMA, STRUCTURE traditional sanitary wear, and bathroom fittings in brass. This brought the house bathroom into the modern era.
