Dining Room and Kitchen Renovation for Maximum Storage and a Family Feel

We were asked to renovate a kitchen and dining room for this family to ensure they had maximum storage, plenty of work surface area and a traditionally modern home with space to entertain the family. Check out what we did below.

What we did

In order to maximise the storage and worksurface area it was important to make plenty of changes to these rooms to make sure there was room to grow with this family.

Electrical Work

Ceiling LEDs, Pendants, Feature Lighting for floating oak shelves and glass dresser

Building Work

Blocked up existing doorway for Kitchen

Stripping back the large chimney breast we were originally planning to make a new open feature mantle, however we uncovered a stunning original brick, we decided to keep this instead and tidied it up while sealing it.

Plastered walls and ceiling

Removed the existing floor and laid a new ply sub floor

Supplied and Installed a new tiled flooring across the two rooms

Kitchen Furniture

ALDANA Ash Shaker Stori Doors in Painted Graphite

30mm Worktops in Quartz IRINI Sparkle with OGEE Profile Edge

We made sure the extra tall, made to measure, cabinetry to maximise the storage used most of the 3-meter-tall ceiling

Bespoke Integrated Boiler Cabinet with Extra Storage

Bespoke Butler’s Pantry, with storage and drawers underneath and an oak finish inside
